Meeting Minutes

4/13/04 Noon-1:30pm

 

 

Attendees:     Harriet Goldstein, Doris Carroll, Lynn Guelzow, Jan Cairnes, Trina Ford, Joan Kelsey, Tom Gentry, Alex Bess, Pam Newsome

 

 

• After introductions, Tom Gentry, CRAT Consultant, gave a status report on the Resource Survey.  He reported that 28 surveys had been returned to date, and requested assistance and ideas from team members in acquiring additional completed surveys.

 

• Team discussed timeline for completing survey and noted June 30 as the deadline for all performance measurements. The preliminary report will be due at the next Steering Committee meeting. Tom Gentry will complete a first draft of the report a few days before the date of this meeting.  Team voted to extend Tom Gentry’s contract from April 27 to May 30, 2004 in order to complete the report in its entirety.

 

• Group tabled discussion of report distribution, pending further planning strategies and a report.

 

• Various team members agreed to call their contacts at area agencies in the interest of gathering 45-50 completed surveys.
